Okay, I know this was a "wedding" blog, and I have yet to actually post ANYTHING wedding based. I'm sorry. I've been busy. I also am contributing to two new blogs (I think i have a blog problem or something). one here is for my photo business with nicki which has taken off to crazy extremes. The one here is my personal photography blog including pictures of my honeymoon, which btw, was amazing. book mark them. or add them to your blog feeder or something. i'm sure that once I get my pro pictures back I'll post some on here. for now, here is a teaser:

That is what I've decided the major illness i started suffering on Thursday is. I woke up at 4am with a terrible sore throat (i woke up at 4am because I had to work at 5am, not because of the soreness of the throat). anything sore in your mouth or throat is totally incapacitating. I went to work, and had to repeat myself every time i spoke because people are used to loud Kate, not mousy timid voice Kate. That was frustrating. It all went down hill from there. I couldn't eat anything, and could barely convince myself to drink chicken broth and tea. i left about an hour and 1/2 early only to go home and have some major body aches, chills, and don't forget about that evil sore throat. around 9:30pm that night, my chills finally went away, and i could swallow again. Yesterday i felt better for the most part, taking advil and dayquil to keep me going. This morning, I've been coughing up stuff that only smokers deserve to cough up. Ick.
At least i am suffering this ill fate now, and now in 3 weeks. holy crap.
less than 3 weeks to go.
it's so pathetic when you are just bored out of your mind when you know you have about a million things to do, an only 29 days to do them... not to mention prepare for your next food network star 3- minute interview. I mean really, what can one say in 3 minutes?
Why the fuck did you hit my brand new car... and neglect to leave a note?
I am not pleased.

I've been very emotional about the wedding this week. I got a little weepy while just reading our possible vows outloud, and damn near cried while looking at a wedding photographers blog. I still have no idea if i'll be an absolute mess or a calm collected bride. My dress is so bride-y. i look at it, and think "what was i thinking?" and then i put it on, and i feel amazing in it. they really strap that thing onto me though. anyway. perhaps now that things are all coming together i can actually realize that i am a sappy emotional girl-y girl that is actually really looking forward to her "big day"? It just seems so unlikely, or (unlike me).
kyle and i ordered neighborhoodies in honor of getting married to each other. they should be coming in the mail tomorrow. we're both very excited.
